He is survived by: his children, Heath "Bubba" Harbison (Chanda) and Kristi Witcher (Steven); his sisters, Teresa Jennings (Wayne), Donna Sinyard (Billy) and Sherri Jones (Randy); and his grandchildren, Anna Grace Cutcher (Zeb), Judd Norris, Kyle Norris, Ellorie Kate Harbison and Brodey Witcher.
