He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burk and Mary Faye Burk; and his children, Jennifer Burk and Zachary Burk. He is survived by: his wife Laura Burk; his children, Samantha Vines (David), Brandi Joslyn, Hannah Burk and Noah Burk; and his siblings, Tim Burk (Cherry), Torry Burk, Tana Hayes, Toni Parker (Steve) and Tammy Horn (Steve). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
