He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Griggs and Laura Griggs (Harbison); his daughter Elizabeth Ann; his granddaughter Emilee Ann; and his siblings, David (Joyce) and Becky.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Swann (Swann); his children, William (Deanna), Paul (Melony), Samuel (Mary Beth), Matthew (Erica) and Joy Beth; his grandchildren, Aaron, Grace, Kailei, Jake, Brandon, Erik, Hayley, Emma, Jacie, Jalee, Brody and Mason; his great grandchild Knox Parker; and his brother Red (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
