He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pascal Warhurst and Fronia McCullough Warhurst; and his brother Kenneth Ray Warhurst. He is survived by: his wife Cala Denton Warhurst; his children, Thomas Dewey Warhurst (Angela), Daniel Edward Warhurst and April Warhurst White (Jeff); his siblings, Mike Warhurst (Cheryl), Gail Bowers and Brandy Tidwell (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Jade McWhorter, Zoe Vincent, Evan White and Julia White.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask you make donations to The Good Samaritan Health Clinic or Curt's Closet, both located in Cullman.
