He was predeceased by: his brother Emmett E. "Tim" Madison. He is survived by: his wife Mary Madison; his children, Brandy Langston Blackmon, Jennifer Leanne Whittaker, LeAnn Roberts, Jeri Dean, Jason Robert Madison, Jonathan David Madison and Jacob Eli Dean; and his cousins, Steve Payne and Greg Payne. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
