She was predeceased by: her father Willis Jerry Holmes; her husband Randy Culver; her brother Timothy Holmes; and her grandson Blake. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Holder Holmes; her daughters, Amber Draper (Dustin) and Angela Tuten (Bruce); her siblings, Roger Holder, Lee Ann Campbell (Russell), Tammy Duckworth (David) and Donna Torbert (Steven); and her grandchildren, Makenzie Harris, Trent Tuten, Caden Levi and Ryan Jace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
