She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby Thomas Mills and Effie Mays Mills; her husband Henry Allen; her siblings, Fred Mills, Bobby Mills, Gene Mills, Thelma Mills, Mildred Hackett, Mary Edgeworth Wilson, Gladys Bell and Marie McNees; her nephews, Jerry Edgeworth, Phil Mills, Pat Hackett, Timothy Mills and Mike Crew; and her niece Karen Stanfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Allen (Thersa) of Cullman, AL, Fred Allen (Pam) of Plano, TX and Barry Allen (Vicki) of Lawrenceville, GA; her grandchildren, Betsy Sherwood (Matt), Rebecca Merrey (Jonathon), Steven Allen (Kelsey), Lindsay Jackson (Cody), Tracey Strother (Brandon), Kirby Allen (Kate), Josh Allen (Nasrenna), Anna Kate Carter (Cliff), Katie Hayes (Cole), Dylan Weber, Blake Weber (Amy), Heather Brown (Brandon), Nicole Poore (Daniel) and Shawn Hollingsworth (Scheryl); her sister Jane Smith of Meridian, MS; and her foster son Henry. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
