He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hopkins Morrow; his daughters, April Dean (Brett) and Allison Bates (Nathan); his grandchildren, Graham Lucas Dean, Davis Russell Dean, Katherine Preston Bates and John Griffin Bates; his mother Barbara Morrow; and his siblings, Patti Ward (Michael) and Danny Morrow (Paula). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
