He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his sons, Terry Smith (Becky) and Gary Smith (Patricia); his siblings, Billy Smith (Vicky), Donnie Smith, Ricky Smith (Betty), Ted Smith (Brenda) and Luette Williams; and his grandchildren, Amber Briner, Jared Smith (Becky) and Matthew Martin (Tiffany). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
