He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Wayne and Nancy Smith Clark. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith Clark; his children, Nancy Brown (Dan), Julie Carroll (Seth), Victoria Hamilton (Chelcey), Justin Smith (Kadi) and Jessica Smith (Michael); his grandchildren, Jude Carroll, Cora Brown, Vera Brown and Leila Adams; and his siblings, Buttons, Vicky (Richard) and Robin (Chuck).
