He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Cleamon and Betty Sue Craft Hooper; and his brother-in-law Gene Miller. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Estes Hooper; his children, Clay Hooper and Tera Hooper; his siblings, William Richard Hooper (Joyce) and Linda Miller; his uncle Gerald Hooper (Kathy); his niece Jessica Campbell; and his nephews, Jake Hooper (Brandi), Shane Miller and Mike Miller (Meghann). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; a host of cousins; and many friends.
