He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray Ragland and Sharon Faye Bryan Ragland; and his sister Donna Lynn Ragland. He is survived by: his sister Glenda Ragland Kelsoe (Wayne); his nephew Cody Kelsoe (Christa); his great-niece Lyla Kelsoe; and his close friend Bruce Smith A.
