He was predeceased by: his wife Arabella Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Robert Blevins (Cindy) and Candice Blevins; his grandsons, Travis Blevins, Taylor Blevins, Alexander Shoaff and Aidan Shoaff; his nephew Xavier Flores; and his significant other Arabella Tamez.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to St. Bernard Preparatory School located at 1600 St. Bernard Drive, SE in Cullman, Alabama 35055.
