She is survived by: her husband Marcen Phillips; her children, Debbie Ratliff (Steve), Dana Clarke (Marshall) and Doug Phillips (Kathy); her grandchildren, Matthew Ratliff (Stacey), Clint Ratliff, Patrick Phillips, Katie Williams (Nick), Luke Clarke (Paula), Kallie Jean Phillips and Marcus Graham Clarke (Anna); her great grandchildren, Saige Ratliff, Amberlyn Ratliff, Keegan Phillips, Liam Phillips, Addie Williams, Blakely Lane Clarke, Carter Williams and Aubrey Clarke; and her great great grandchild Greylynn Hanson.
Reviel Jean Phillips was ushered into heaven from her home on 04/06/2022 after an extended illness with Parkinson's Disease.
