He is survived by: his wife Judy Ponder; his children, Brian Ponder (Devan) and Angela Woodall (Derrick); his grandchildren, Joshua Ponder, Erika Woodall and Katie Woodall; and his siblings, Sheila Richards (David), Gaylon Ponder and Roger Ponder (Ninet).
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Moss Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055).
