He is survived by: his wife Josephine Skinner; his children, Rena Putman (Allen), Vaneesa Mobley (Tony), William Skinner and Julian Skinner; his stepdaughter Alexis Bautista; his grandchildren, Tucker Putman, Doston Putman, Eason Putman, Devin Patterson, Ivan Mobley and Skyler Mobley; his brother Frank Skinner (Jeanenne); and his close friend Bruce Baggett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
