He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brock Maples; his children, Tony Maples, Roger Dale Maples, Duane Binkele (Christie), Michelle Woljevach (Billy) and Shelia Brown; and his sister-in-law Debbie Blackmon. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.
