He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude B. Hollingsworth and Leetha Mae Tolbert Hollingsworth; his siblings, Betty Wilson, Clarence Hollingsworth and Harlan Hollingsworth; and his brother-in-law Edward Skeen.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Hollingsworth (Johnna), Timothy Hollingsworth (Heather) and Keith Hollingsworth; his sisters, Patricia Hollingsworth-Smith (Carlton) and Mary Imagene Skeen; his grandchildren, Chance Hollingsworth, Braiden Hollingsworth, Kyle Killian, Chase Hollingsworth (Caroline) and Calen Hollingsworth (Siarra); and his great grandchildren, Cohen Hollingsworth, Palmer Hollingsworth and Fletcher Hollingsworth.
