She was predeceased by: her parents, Eual Alldredge and Loretta Alldredge; her husband Charles E. Smith; and her brothers, Harvey Alldredge and Henry Alldredge.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas E. Cook, Jr. (Lisa), Patrick Dayton Cook (Leta) and Charles Randell Posey (Joquitta); her sister Helen Scruggs; her grandchildren, Dayton Cook (Ansleigh Weston), Adrian Bailey Cook and Patrick Dayton Cook, Jr.; and her great grandchild Lennon Cook.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel (461 US-278, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
