He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edgar and Francis Swindle Via; his wife Lottie Via; and his son Leon Via. He is survived by: his children, Gina Owens and Don Via. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
