Dowdy of Cullman, Alabama, born in Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles William Dowdy and Bobby Wallace; her parents, Jack Jackson and Eulalia Jackson; and her siblings, Buford Jackson, Erva Jean Hight and J. W. Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Larry" Dowdy (Cindy); her grandson William Thomas Dowdy (Page); and her great grandchildren, Madeline and Georgia Dowdy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Cherokee (10865 US-72, Cherokee, AL 35616). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
