It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nedra Joyce Blackwood Smith of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert David Blackwood and Virginia Estelle Martin Blackwood; her husband Kenneth Wayne Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Roy Blackwood, Eual Blackwood, Billy Ray Blackwood, Ruth White, Sylvia Taylor and Geraldean Goodwin.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne Smith (Donna-Marie); her sister Faynell Rosenbalm; and her sister-in-law Dawn Powers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; family and friends.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers, donations me made to the American Cancer Society.
