She is survived by: her children, Jeff Middleton (Danielle) and Jerry Middleton; her grandchildren, Lauren Wheeler (Eric), Heather Berryhill (Janson) and Trey Middleton; her great grandchildren, David Wheeler and Ember Berryhill; and her brother Roy Collins (Wanda).
