It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Sue Goodwin of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottis Patterson and Nancy Jones Patterson; her husband Nolan Goodwin; and her siblings, Paul Patterson, Cecil Patterson, Imogene Palegro and Peggy Crocker.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Johns and Sasonja Whitley; her brothers, James Patterson (Becky) and David Patterson (Susan); her granddaughters, Kristie Roberson (Kevin), Felecia Cook (Lee) and Amanda McDuffee (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Harper, Emily Roper, Ethan Cook, Savannah Shockley, Gregory Shockley and Steven Roper.
