She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her parents, Thomas Wesley Nix and Sarah Idella Haynes Nix; and her son Jonathan Graveman. She is survived by: her children, Bernard Graveman (Cindy), Mike Graveman (Imelda), Kathy Parker (Terry) and Melissa Richard (Darin); her sisters, Doris Lessman and Hazel Graveman (Martin); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Graveman, Shane Graveman, Michelle, Cartis Higginbotham, Jason White (Jamie), Tyler Richard, Jonathon Allums, Colton Richard (Meagan), Nicole Andrews (Wyatt) and Kristian Graveman.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Brickyard Baptist Church and/or the Dementia Society Of America.
