She is survived by: her husband Kyle Laney; her in-laws, Jeff and Kay Laney; her children, Casey Laney and Katherine Laney; her sister Stevie Jo Stump (Wesley); her sister-in-law Kristi Ballew; and her nieces and nephews, Bryson Stump, Jaidyn Stump, Walker Stump, Weston Stump, Jacob Ballew and Cole Ballew.
The family is asking for donations to the family for Lacy's children, in lieu of flowers.
