He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Underwood; his son Wayne Underwood (Martha); his siblings, Billy Ray Underwood (Pam) and Arlene Dussault (Phillip); and his sister-in-law Jerry Nell Schnittker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
