With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jody Gasser Buxton of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bernard Gasser and Anna Marie Tekulve Gasser; her husband Larry E. "Butch" Buxton; her siblings, Pauline Elizabeth "Polly" Morgan, Mary Elizabeth "Helen" Handley, William Alvin "Bill" Gasser of Charles Lambert and Thomas James "Buddy" Gasser; and her niece Patty Angles.

She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Smith (Michael); her grandsons, Garrett Smith and Nolan Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Norman, Andrea Peacock, Darrell Morgan, Paul Handley and Allen Handley.
