He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Pierce Cooksey; and his sister Angie. He is survived by: his father Bobby Cooksey; his brother Randy Cooksey (Esther); his niece Stacey Day (Wayne); and his great-nieces, Rachel and Allison Day.
