He was predeceased by: his parents, JC and Alma. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, James Wendell West (Donna), Kim West Johnston and Kelly West Askew (Bradley); his stepson Chris Segroves (Blakely); and his grandchildren, Bethany, Chase, Erin, Katelyn, Harrison and Claire. He is also survived by his family and friends.
