He was predeceased by: his parents, William Coleman and Sarah Cleo Robinson Cook; and his wife Thelma Dean Cook. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Cook, Deana Holloway, Regenia Cook, Rena Johnson (Dean) and Chrissie Jacobs (Mark); his grandchildren, Christen Flanagan (Austin), Justin Holloway, Melia Jude Hestla (Tyler), Krystal Hardin (Mike), Nathanael Cook, Jesse Whaley, Audrie Cook and Tyler Whaley; and his great grandchildren, Amber Hardin, Samuel Ohsner and Lila Hestla.
