She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad Reid (Buddy); her parents, Monroe Needham and Etta Lee Needham; and her brothers, J. C. Needham and Nommer Needham.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Reid (Mary) and Sheila Shumaker (Bill); her grandchildren, Wesley Shumaker, Chase Shumaker (Heather), Meghan Baker (Andrew) and Heath Reid (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Barrett Shumaker, Nori Shumaker, River Baker, Micah Baker, Dani Baker, Kennedy Reid and Adaline Reid. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Gideons Bibles in memory of Iva Mae Reid "GIDEONS INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX 583 CULLMAN, AL 35056" or Sardis Baptist Church.
