She is survived by: her sons, Jimmie Duke (Diana) and Donald Duke; her sister Ellen Alvis; her grandchildren, Samantha Duke, Douglas Duke, Sandy Michelle, Tyler Duke, Colby Duke, Hannah Duke and Amanda Duke; and her caregiver Nancy Quick. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
