He is survived by: his wife Retha June Johnson; his children, Angie Mae Johnson and Herold Dwain Johnson Jr. (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Reid, Tanya Nicole Reid, Austin Eddie Reid, Tristan Dwain Johnson, Jeremiah Caleb Dwain Johnson, Noah Oliver Alvin Johnson and Issac Todd Johnson; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Grace Reid and Jaxon Dwain Reid; and his brothers, Gregory Allen Johnson (Tina), Gaylon Delane Johnson (Nadine) and Host. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Adopted Children, and Grandchildren.
