Henry Cornett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2022, at the age of 99, Henry Cornett of Cullman, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Monroe; his wife Lillie Doris Walton Cornett; his siblings, Elouise Huffstutler and Jack Cornett; his children, James Walton Cornett (Sarah), Dr. John Hardie Cornett (Robin) and Cindy Lu Calhoun (Lynn); his grandchildren, Evan Marie Cornett Hill, Laura Lynn Taber (Clay), Joshua Thomas Calhoun (Tasha), Lillie Walton Cornett and Anna Foret Cornett; his great grandchildren, Thea Jayde Calhoun, Oliver Thomas Calhoun and Henry Calhoun Taber; and his siblings, Faye Glover, Dorothea Waters and Ronnie Cornett (Nancy). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
