She was predeceased by: her parents, H. R. Estridge and Bertha Inez Gilmore Estridge; her husband Jerry Kuykendall; her sons, Ronnie Kuykendall and Gerald Wayne Kuykendall; and her siblings, Howard Estridge, Russell Estridge, Clayton Estridge, Leon Estridge, Doris Taylor and Ruth Dodson.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny, Ricky Lynn and Billy Kuykendall; her sister Jean Hicks; and her caregiver Diana Cagle. She is also survived by twenty-five grandkids.
