She was predeceased by: her parents, Rotha Jackson and Essie Arlissa Brock; her husband Jacob Hubert Richter Sr.; her sons, Michael Joe and David Leldon Richter; her grandsons, Jason and Mark Edward Richter; her siblings, Winfred "Wad" Brock, Rotha "Bus" Brock, Roland "Poag" Brock, Leland "Dink" Brock and Rachel Lousie Brock Culpepper; and also Porter Ross Heatherly.

She is survived by: her sons, Jacob H "Ricky" Richter Jr. and Daniel "Booty" Richter (Lisa); her brother Douglas "Joe" Brock; her grandchildren, Mechelle Richter Lynskey, Melinda Richter, Jennifer Richter, Andrew Richter, Alex Richter (Casey), Andria Sims, Sara Heatherly (Michael) and Jacob Richter (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Brock Murphy, Jacey Alvis, Cayden, Cailey Cammack, Emmaline Richter, Hagan David Richter, Greyson James Heatherly, Ada Catherine, Frank Louis, Hazel Anastasia and Arthur Philip Richter.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cullman City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the City of Cullman's Fund for the Richter Chapel.
