He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Willie, Sr. and Edith Wynell Butler Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Judy Marsh; his sons, Joshua Marsh (Denise) and Robert Marsh; his siblings, Thomas Marsh, Jr. (Joan) and Mary Wynell Howard (Robin); his grandchildren, Lizzy Seidel, Joshua Marsh, Jr., Hayden Seidel, Brandin Marsh and Carson Marsh; and his great grandchild Izy Bea Heard-Marsh.
