He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Wilkins and Cloa Williams Wilkins; and his sister Kathaleen McNabb. He is survived by: his wife Gail McDonald Wilkins; his daughter Ann Lemmond (Steve); his stepdaughters, Angela Kleinschmidt (Rob) and Gina Bishop (Jeff); his son Chris Wilkins; his stepson Timothy Turney (Lorie); and his sister Mary Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
