It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwanda A. Houston of Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Armstrong and Geneva Richey Armstrong; her husband Bill Houston; her son Michael Houston; and her siblings, Imogene Godwin, Jimmie Armstrong and Ray Armstrong.

She is survived by: her son William David Houston (Linda); her sisters, Lila Bailey and Equilla Hulgan; her sister-in-law Louise Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Philip Houston, Jeremy Houston, Kevin Houston, Dax Houston and Kristy Houston. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
