He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Qualls; his son Steven M. Qualls (Scarlett); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Jordan and Jarrett; and his siblings, Linda Bolzle (Ray), Melba Eady and Delmon Qualls (Vivian).
