It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewitt Talmadge Johnston (Cullman, Alabama), who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Johnston and Verla Calvert Johnston; his son Steve Johnston; and his siblings, Francis "Pete", Mancel Johnston, Delora Carnes, Venora Sams, Melba Park and Ella Jean Sadberry.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Leathers Johnston; his grandson Travis Johnston (Tanya); his daughter-in-law Carroll Lee (Eric); and his brother Larry Dewayne Johnston (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
