He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Persall (Jean) and Esther Clapp (Richard); and his children, Vyneta Ryan (Tim), David Persall (Lisa) and Christina Fowler (Ken). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
