He is survived by: his parents, Tommy McNeal and Janice Whitaker McNeal; his sons, Colby McNeal (Kristee) and Lukas McNeal; his brother Darrell McNeal (Sherrie); and his nieces and nephews, Katie Bagby (Josh), Sullivan Grace Bagby, Clint McNeal (Alexandra) and Briggs William Bagby. He is also survived by his mother, dad, children and brother.
