He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Shaaron Foshee; his daughter Amy Taylor; his parents, Robert L. Foshee and Ida Elliott Foshee; and his siblings, Robert Foshee, Ruby Schultz and Genevieve Foshee.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Blankenship (John), Vickey Talley and Samantha Mohamed (Mohamed); his grandchildren, Nicholas Handley, Windle Talley, Charla Talley, Mirrissa Talley, Julie Newton, Justin Taylor and William A. Francis; his son-in-law Jeffery Taylor; and his sister Francis Jackson. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
