She is survived by: her children, Regina Self and James David Wallen (Barbie); and her grandchildren, Rachel Friedman (Blake), Penny Self (Randy), Mallory McMurry (Bobby), William Cody Self (Allison), Holly Hackett-Gross (Zack), Victoria Cardell (Alex) and Valerie Tyler (Russell). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
