She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Evelyn and Dan Hataway; and also, Arthur and Maebell Apel. She is survived by: her husband Ronny Apel; her sons, Hank Apel (Julie) and Kurt Apel (Megan) of Cullman, AL; her grandchildren, Gracie, Tucker, John Henry, Brant, Macey and William Apel of Cullman, AL; her sister Carole McDaniel (Rex) of Ozark; and her siblings-in-law, John Apel (Marie) and Cheri Dalgleish. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be sent to St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church, Mission 150!, 512 Second Avenue, SE, Cullman, AL 35055.
