She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Howell of Vinemont, AL; her parents, Chester Orlando Milligan and Sarah Melvina Milligan of Moulton, AL; her siblings, Howard Milligan of Waterford, MI, Irma Baker of Rogersville, AL and Janet Olson of Moulton, AL; and her granddaughter Delinda Marie Coleman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Milligan (Mavis) of Moulton, AL, Shirley Morgan of Trinity, AL and Donald Milligan of Moulton, AL; her children, Robert T. Barry (Angela) of Clinton Twp, Raymond C. Barry (Diane) of Commerce Twp, Richard C. Barry of Vinemont, AL and Carol J. Hulsey (David) of Orlando, FL; and her stepdaughter Charlene Howell Johnston (Eric). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
