He is survived by: his wife Mary Patterson; his sons, Ben Patterson (Dana) and Tim Patterson; his brother Joe Patterson; and his grandsons, Aaron Patterson (Marissa), Josh Patterson (Christine), Eric Patterson and Trent Patterson (Emily). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
