He is survived by: his wife Lisa Boothe of Cullman, AL; his stepfather Tom Leonard; his daughters, Lindsay Hamilton (Caleb) and Saige Woodard (Kyle); his mother-in-law Jeraldine Walker; his sister-in-law Cathy Walker; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Eloise, Amelia and Mac; and his babies, Millie and Moe.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055).
